The purpose of this book is to provide a training methodology that should be applied to all workplace training programs or courses to ensure success.  The approach is called DITHA (Develop, Implement, Train, Hold Accountable), and for workplace training to be highly effective, all components must be present and all components need to have specific elements. The book details what those specific elements are, and also provides instructions on how to develop and implement the specifics for each element.

The DITHA Approach to Training is the culmination of Jay Goldberg’s 35 plus years developing training programs: as an executive with Citibank; as a program manager with the Palm Beach County Resource Center; as the lead consultant for DTR Inc.; and as an instructor for his adult entrepreneur students in his course How to Start, Grow and Manage a Business.
