Starlight Ball: Planet Ballroom's Winter Dance Sport Championship Event & Holiday Ball

BUFORD, Ga. - Nov. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Starlight Ball is Planet Ballroom's Winter Dance Sport Championship Event & Holiday Ball on December 12th. This year it is being hosted at the Planet Ballroom Lake Lanier studio. This site is home to one of Buford’s most beloved buildings, a 100-year-old historic church, that recently underwent renovations to accentuate its original beauty.  A day fun and friendly competition, the competitive heats will run from approximately 9AM-5PM.

Later that evening, guests can enjoy the first annual “Christmas with the Minieri’s”, hosted by Thomas and Elizabeth Minieri. Guests are invited to join in the festivities; food, dancing and merriment will come together to create a magical evening of celebration. There will also be special guest performances by various members of Planet Ballroom pro, and a celebrity guest performance by Planet Ballroom's official spokesmodel, Elizabeth Minieri and her partner, international champion Sami Yli-Piipari.

This black-tie event will be a throwback to the holidays of yesteryear; filled with all the glitz and glamour that we so fondly remember. The Starlight Ball has worked with Lanier Islands Resorts to reserve space for attendees. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis so make sure to book your spot today.
