Follow on Google News | Management Workshop to be held by Hodges UniversityThis workshop will introduce methods to motivate employees by examining the four functions of coaching. Employers will learn the importance of everyday coaching and how it results in a positive impact on not only managers, but also managers’ teams and their organizations. Attendees who are interested in participating in an exercise to apply what was discussed during class are encouraged to stay for an additional 30 minutes. Registration fee is $35. The workshop will take place in Building H in the Kleist Community Room on the Fort Myers campus – 4501 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33966. Please visit Hodges.edu/CNE to register. Workshops can be attended on a one-time basis or to obtain a non-credit certificate in Governance, Management and Operations by attending a series of four workshops in the same category. To obtain a certificate, participants must first register with the CNE and complete four workshops in one of the three categories.
