David Consulting Group to Present at the Better Software & Agile Dev East Conferences

The Better Software conference and the Agile Dev conference run simultaneously, in conjunction with the DevOps conference, allowing attendees to choose from a variety of presentations to create a schedule that best suits their needs.

Mike will present at 2:45pm on November 11. His presentation, "Visualization to Improve Value Delivery," is part of the “Project & Teams” track of the Better Software conference. He will discuss how to optimize the flow of economic value and bring economic value metrics into tactical decision making in the software development process.

Tom Cagley, Vice President of Consulting, will present at 10:00am on November 12 as part of the “Agile Techniques” track of the Agile Dev conference. His presentation, "Managing Risk in Agile Development: It Isn’t Magic," will discuss how to effectively use Agile to manage risk, focusing on the creation of user stories that specifically address risk.
