Broadway comes to Doylestown to perform with CB West Choir & Magician Evan Myles

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Oct. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- CENTRAL BUCKS HIGH SCHOOL WEST - Doylestown, Pennsylvania - The CB West Choir announced the Second Annual Broadway Night Performance where Broadway Stars come to the CB West stage to perform with the Award Winning and nationally recognized CB West Choir Thursday Evening, October 29, 2015 at 7:30 pm.  Tickets are available at the door or online at Brown Paper Tickets (see below).

"It is an exciting evening of great music where audience members can get up close and personal with the stars while sharing an amazing taste of Broadway," stated Dr. Ohrt, Choir Director at CB West.  "The stars come to perform with the choir and, for the past two years, our own local celebrity and student, Magician Evan Myles," Dr. Ohrt continues.

This Star Studded evening will include Evan Alexander Smith from Amazing Grace; Jenny Lee Stern from Rocky and A Christmas Story; Michelle Aravena from the shows Rocky, A Chorus Line and Jersey Boys; Rheaume Crenshaw from Amazing Grace; Christopher Smith, Author and Composer to Amazing Grace; Karen Burgman, a contributing composer to Amazing Grace and Matthew Robertson from Vanya.

For his second time, student and award winning magician, Evan Myles (Evan The Magician) will be performing a magical feat while the stars sing.  Last year he made Jenny Lee Stern disappear ... this year he will entertain the audience by levitating fellow chorus member, David Loving.

“Evan has just returned from performing with Magician Mike Snyder for the kick off of National Magic Week in Harrisburg on October 25^th,” shared Evan’s publicist, Tracy Renee.  “Evan has a deep love of magic that began when he was seven, and a long family lineage in the Magical community as his Great-Great-Grandfather, Arthur Morris Cowan (Mr. “AM”) founded the Society of American Magicians Baltimore Chapter with Kellar and Thurston in the early 1920’s,” she added.  Donning the moniker, “Mr. EM” to honor his Grandfather and his magical heritage, Evan states, “I want to share the joy of magic with everyone, while making their lives a magical place.  Life should be a magical experience after all!”  Tracy concludes, “He is extremely excited to have another chance to share his magic with his fellow choral members and to work with Jenny Lee Stern and others he admires from Broadway.”
