MOBILE, ALABAMA: GTM Hotels and Resorts announces the acquisition of the Comfort Inn and Suites in Mobile, Alabama. According to GTM President and CEO, Marty McDaniel, the timing to move in the market was perfect. “We have other interests in Mobile and this opportunity was a nice ‘tuck in’ deal to add along the way”, McDaniel said.

The hotel, a 94 unit property located off the I-65 service road, is perfectly located to take advantage of both transient business and group opportunities. The hotel was renovated in 2014 and provides an upscale feel for its guests. “We are really proud to add this property to our portfolio”, McDaniel said. “It’s location, condition and comfortable feel make it a great place to host meetings, family reunions or corporate retreats”, he continued.
