2nd Annual Purple Jacket Golf Tournament: A Scholarship Fundraiser Event

RALEIGH, N.C. - Oct. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- On Friday, October 30^th, 2015 members of the community, leaders, executives, CEOs and alumni will join together as they play golf for a cause. The golf tournament will take place at 8am on Hedingham Golf Course in Raleigh, NC. The tournament will include gift bags to all participating guests, raffles, chef prepared food by Soul Café 44 and complimentary beverages. This event is open to the public.

The Purple Jacket Golf Tournament is a scholarship fundraiser during St. Augustine’s University 2015 Homecoming weekend. Participants will have the opportunity to play in a fun-filled tournament for a cause. There will be two (2) recipients and each will be awarded scholarships for educational expenses at St. Augustine’s University during the 2015-2016 academic year. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.
