The Elephant Walk in Boston’s South End Neighborhood Adds New Cocktails and Draught Beers to Fall Menu

BOSTON - Oct. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- As the air gets crisper and colors get warmer, The Elephant Walk in Boston’s South End neighborhood is celebrating the season with new flavors on its cocktail and draught beer menus throughout this fall 2015.

Along with signature menu items, guests will be offered local Draught Beer options such as Jack’s Abbey Ginger and Juice Lager ($7, 16oz/$5, 10oz), a Massachusetts grown buckwheat, this spiced and hopped lager is balanced, with aromas of citrus, melon and ginger, tops off the menu. Guests will also find a sweeter Somerville seasonal golden harvest beer, Pretty Things Field Mouse’s Farewell ($7, 16oz/$5, 10oz), along with the crisp Bantam Wunderkind Cider ($7, 16oz, $5, 10oz), produced with Somerville’s own locally grown apples. Appropriate for the Thanksgiving season, they have also added the Mayflower Brewing Porter ($7, 16oz, $5, 10oz), which is a complex, smooth and full-flavored beer with notes of roasted coffee beans and bittersweet chocolate that will warm the palate all year long. Travel to the west coast with the Californian, 21st Amendment, Back in Black Ale ($7, 16 oz, $5, 10oz) featuring citrus and roasted malt flavors with hints of dark chocolate and coffee.

For cocktail connoisseurs, there are three new selections on the Elephant Walk menu that convey the spirit of fall. For a taste of gin, guests can indulge in the Elegant Whippit ($11) with Hammer & Sons Dry London gin, Combier Pampelmousse liqueur, a dash of orange bitters and splash of fresh lime juice. Warm up with The Violet Espresso ($12) featuring Grind Espresso dark rum, Creme de Violette, Hazelnut liquer and O’Mara’s Irish Cream and also meet Mr. Manager ($12) on the rocks, produced with Glendalough Double Barrel Irish whiskey, Wood’s Cider Mill Vermont boiled cider, and Luxardo by Lustau Cream Sherry. No matter what your taste of choice, the new Elephant Walk is a go-to for fall flavors.
