In a step that aims at not only raising awareness about Breast Cancer but also bonding with the shoppers about the serious health condition, in line with its commitment to the community, Dalma Mall – one of the most preferred shopping, retail and entertainment destinations in Mussafah – Abu Dhabi, has announced the ‘Breast Cancer awareness’ drive on October 30.

The campaign is part of the international campaign on breast cancer and coincides with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, observed worldwide in October. The Breast Cancer awareness drive on October 30 is a culmination of a month-long series of activities within the mall.

The awareness drive, to be held under the theme ‘Wear Pink for the Pink Walk’, will be packed with a number of family activities between 4pm and 8pm, reinforcing the welfare and wellbeing of the mall shoppers. On offer will be an array of activities where participants can walk away with amazing giveaways.

The event will also bring together three breast cancer survivors who will share their inspirational and touching stories – aimed at not only educating everyone but also encouraging others to fight the condition. And share Key information relating to breast cancer, its prevention and cure.

A special Pink Walk to honour the breast cancer survivors, in support for their fight against breast cancer, will be held within the mall at 8pm as a fitting tribute.
