EXETER, U.K. - Oct. 26, 2015 - PRLog -- 37 year old British mum Jo Smith will soon begin a long and exhausting journey from the UK to Arizona where she hopes to find a cure for TWO terminal diseases. Jo has idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension, meaning there is no cause and therefore no cure. She also has follicular lymphoma which again carries the same dilemma.

Jo is now in palliative care, NHS Doctors have sent her home to die, telling her to prepare her 5 year old son for her death.  The NHS do not have the funds available to test Jo, they test mice that have been given pulmonary hypertension but that is not what has happened to Jo.  There is a fault in Jo's system that is currently killing her and needs to be identified.

Thomas Incledon, a World Renowned Scientist has been working with a team of Specialist Medical Doctors in Arizona USA and wants to revolutionise healthcare by treating everyone as an individual.  He will run hundreds of tests on a person, rather than an animal, to identify the route cause of an illness and what is wrong with the person specifically. he will tailor an individual treatment plan to that person.  He will monitor how Jo responds to treatment over a matter of months until she shows improvement and starts to recover.

Thomas Incledon says "Regardless of the professionals you work with, their medical decisions should be based upon learning and understanding you as an individual. This means extensive testing to understand what makes you unique and then review the standard medical, alternative medical and complementary treatment approaches and develop a plan precisely for you. We would run hundreds of tests on you at first to screen out problematic pathways and identify the pathways that are at the root cause. We would determine what nutrients you are low in and what hormones, inflammatory markers etc are low or high and run some genetic tests that will determine how you respond. We will be growing your cells outside your body and testing them. For example we would actually selectively test your immune cells and see what sub-components are cancerous and which are normal. This will help later on to know what to do."

To further complicate matters, Jo has been told by her specialists that she is unable to fly to Arizona to undergo the urgent testing 7 treatment she requires.  She will be making the 5,329 mile journey by ship to New York City, then catch a sleeper train for three days across America to Chicago then another to Phoenix Arizona.

Jo will be traveling with her best friend Sarah Lacey and staying in Arizona for at least three months until she starts to respond to treatment. The cost of the tests, treatment, travel and accommodation is in excess of £70K. A fund raising page has been set up by Sarah and is currently at around £25K, but they desperately need more donations.
