Yosef C. Klein joins Collins Einhorn Farrell's Insurance Coverage Practice Group

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Oct. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Collins Einhorn Farrell PC is pleased to announce that attorney Yosef C. Klein has joined the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group. Klein will focus his practice primarily on analyzing and litigating insurance coverage disputes.

Klein grew up in Metro-Detroit and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 2007. After a time working in the financial sector in Boston, Klein went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Chicago – Kent College of Law in 2011. In law school, Klein was the president of Kent’s Decalogue Society and a member of the Federalist Society’s executive board. He also sat on the boards of the Kent Justice Foundation and the Student Bar Association. Klein focused his law school studies on litigation, served as a teaching assistant, and interned for a year with Kent’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, providing critical legal aid to those who otherwise could not afford it. He then worked with the Honorable Judge Brigid McGrath in the Circuit Court of Cook County, where he researched and advised the court on numerous issues of commercial law. Since then, Klein’s professional career has focused on application, interpretation, and litigation of various types of insurance policies.

Klein is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Oakland County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of Michigan and Illinois, and each of the U.S. District Courts of Illinois and Michigan.

Klein speaks Hebrew and is active within his synagogue and the greater Metro-Detroit Jewish community. Klein recently moved back from Illinois and is now a resident of Oak Park.
