Six months into the implementation phase of the Care Act, this conference comes at a critical time for care practitioners. The need to review and develop procedures is crucial to ensure that the legislation is being adhered to and high quality, personalised care is being delivered.

Reductions in health and social care budgets mean it is imperative that funding is maximised. This multi-agency event provides the tools to develop joined-up, streamlined services while continuing to provide effective care and support.
