Sal Lupoli Sells Salvatore’s Restaurants to Employees in Bold Move

ARLINGTON, Mass. - Oct. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- (Boston, MA) – [Tuesday, October 20^th, 2015] - Sal Lupoli owner of Salvatore’s Restaurants with (2) locations in Boston, MA and locations in Andover, Medford and Lawrence has sold the businesses to a group of loyal employees. Lupoli decided to make the move as his growing real estate division of Lupoli companies begins several new projects and as his growing civic and charitable commitments have taken more of a center-stage. “This is at the heart of what I have always wanted for my employees. We’re about changing lives and making them better. The select group of people I’ve chosen to take over want to continue to grow the brand and have the same commitment to quality and service as my family does,” said Lupoli.
One of those loyal employees is Peter Ackerman who worked his way up from working in one of the original Sal’s Pizza locations some 25 years ago to Executive Vice President for Lupoli Companies. He along with several managers will own different locations but work together as a collaborative. Ackerman will take ownership over the Seaport and Washington Street locations.
