Attorney Brittany N. Henderson Joins Farmer Jaffe Weissing

Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman, P.L., congratulates Brittany N. Henderson on her admission to The Florida Bar and is pleased to announce that she has joined their Fort Lauderdale law firm as an Associate.

Ms. Henderson earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Law (Magna Cum Laude), where she was named to the Order of Barristers and received the Stephanie Aleong Impact Award. She was also the recipient of the Pro Bono Honors Program Silver Award for her record of pro bono service within the local community.

Ms. Henderson served as an Executive Justice for the Moot Court Society, and served on the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review as an Articles Editor. As a member of the Moot Court Society, Ms. Henderson competed in the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Competition in Albany, New York, where she was awarded the Honorable George Bundy Smith Award, the Honorable Victoria A. Graffeo Award, and was named a Gabrielli Semi-Finalist

During law school she law clerked for a reputable Florida personal injury firm, served as Research Assistant for Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad law Center and served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Robert Diaz of the 17th Circuit of Florida. Ms. Henderson also served as a Law Clerk for Farmer Jaffe Weissing, where she conducted legal research, prepared memorandums of law, and drafted pleadings regarding class action, mass torts, qui tam, sexual abuse and personal injury cases.

Ms. Henderson’s is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts. Her practice will now focus on civil litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury, Sexual Abuse, and Class Action law.
