Newbury Street Stylist Joins Best of Boston Salon Team at M. Lekkakos

WENHAM, Mass. - Oct. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- The North Shore’s only full-service salon, spa and boutique, M. Lekkakos (http://www.mlekkakos.com), today announced they have expanded their Best of Boston salon team with beauty industry educator and advanced hair stylist, Sarah Quinney. The Haverhill resident brings more than 15 years of experience and specialized training, making it possible for the Salon to now offer a host of new services including the celebrity-favorite Balayage hair coloring technique, Ombre coloring and the Keratin smoothing treatment.

“Sarah brings a level of experience and sophistication that has been lacking in our area,” said Maria Lekkakos, owner of M. Lekkakos Salon, Spa & Boutique. “I’m excited to be able to bring more urban techniques and trends to the North Shore.”

Quinney joins M. Lekkakos Salon from Spa Najoli in Methuen. However, she spent the vast majority of her career working in the top salons of highly competitive areas such as Newton, Wellesley and Boston's famed Newbury Street. Her career includes working at Diego’s and UMI on Newbury Street, I.D. Salon in Wellesley and Station Row in Newton.

She specializes in a variety of cutting and coloring techniques for both men and women, such as smooth straight edge razor cutting and Balayage and Ombre coloring techniques, and is certified in the Keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments.
