Bars Brown grew up in an area of Providence, Rhode Island that was cultured in violence, blackouts, and other harsh realities of the urban landscape. Ever since the age of 5, he has been influenced by music from all genres and decades as a way to survive his realities. Allowing himself to use his life experiences to his advantage, Bars Brown began writing music to express reflective observations, a window to his life.

Now, Bars Brown is ready for the world to experience life in Providence. The world responded and was ready to listen. He released his new hit single "Get Money", powered by Sony Red, earlier this year and has received much acclaim.
