Breakfast is an important part of the day at Airds, setting you up for each day’s adventures.  Take your time over a mouthwatering variety of local produce and home-made treats.   Fresh fruit (squeezed and whole), traditional Scottish oatmeal porridge, local eggs any style - a Mull cheddar omelette or scrambled with Inverawe smoked salmon.  After a Finnan haddock or a locally smoked kipper, leave room for a traditional Selkirk fruit bannock, a tasty baked flat bread of local grain.
