AlphaOne marked its 4^th Anniversary Celebrations with Cultural Events, The 4^th AlphaOne Retail Renaissance Awards and Puja on October 15th. On October 15^th, the day started on a reverent note with Shri Ganesh Puja, followed by on-stage felicitations of AlphaOne’s team members, management and staff for their contribution to the smooth running of AlphaOne and for their commitment and excellence. In the evening, there was Cake Cutting, followed by the 4^th AlphaOne Retail Renaissance Awards to recognize excellence in Customer Service, Merchandising & Marketing by the Retail Partners at AlphaOne and their respective teams. Immediately following the Awards was a Gala Evening to culminate the celebrations by Team AlphaOne and Retail Partners that was enjoyed by a guest profile of 18,000 people.

The categories for 4^th AlphaOne Retail Renaissance Awards were Best Store, Best Sales Staff, Best Store Manager, Best CSR or Marketing Initiative, Consumers Choice and Jury’s Choice under Anchor, Vanilla, Entertainment, F&B, Gujarati Bazaar and Kiosk. The Winners were selected on the basis of consumer popularity and voting, and finalized by a specially appointed Jury. The Winners of the 4^th AlphaOne Retail Renaissance Awards included, Lifestyle for the Best Store under Anchor category declared by the Jury and HyperCity for the Best Store under Anchor category declared by the Consumers Choice. Cinepolis won 3 awards, under Best Store in Entertainment declared by both Jury as well as Consumers. Jignesh Mehta of Cinepolis also won the Best Sales Staff under Entertainment category. Under the Best CSR or Marketing Initiative category, Dhananjay Padhiar of Shoppers Stop won in Anchor and Imran Khan Pathan of Colorplus won in Vanilla category. The Jury also gave 3 special awards to Hamleys, Eubiq and Speed Car Wash for exemplary customer services, sales and work ethic.
