The Carb Challenge for Charity

NAPLES, Fla. - Oct. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Collier Child Care Resources (CCCR) will hold a fundraising event, “The Carb Challenge for Charity,” hosted by The Colosseum, located at 2059 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, on Monday, Nov. 9, 2015 from 6 – 9 p.m.  The highlight of the evening, the “Chief vs. Chief Spaghetti Eating Contest,” will feature Chief Tom Weschler, Chief of Police, City of Naples and Chief Stephanie Spell, Community Engagement Department, Collier County Sheriff’s Office and current Chairperson for CCCR’s Board of Directors. Proceeds will benefit Collier Child Care Resources’ three early learning programs. Ticket cost is $25 and includes dinner buffet, entertainment and happy hour – priced drinks; VIP ticket cost is $40 with special seating, entertainment, dinner buffet and free beer and wine from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.  Entertainment will be provided by MC and DJ vocalist Steve Roberts.  To purchase tickets, visit  www.collierchildcare.org or call (239) 643-3908.
