Daily Greens™ Gives Back To Breast Cancer Community This October

To commemorate the occasion, Martin and Daily Greens are donating an additional 20 percent of Daily Greens™ Cleanse Kit sales to the Young Survival Coalition (https://www.youngsurvival.org/). Additionally, Daily Greens™ will offer coupons on select Daily Greens™ juice products nationwide, donating $1 to the Coalition for every coupon redeemed.

Daily Greens™ was founded after Martin’s tough battle with stage two breast cancer. When doctors told Martin she still had a high rate of reoccurrence after chemotherapy and multiple surgeries, she began juicing green vegetables to boost her immune system.

“Though my battle with breast cancer was not easy, it made me who I am today, and I now realize it was part of my destiny,” said Martin. “I was fortunate enough to have my family and great organizations help me along the way and am grateful for the opportunity to give back and support other young women facing this disease.”

Recently, Daily Greens™ participated in Austin’s Mamma Jamma Ride (http://mammajammaride.org/), a bicycle ride that Martin helped found, which raises funds to help families in the Austin community facing breast cancer. Martin and her family are long-time participants, including her son, who raised $2,750 this year. More than $250,000 was raised by the ride in 2015. Daily Greens was also involved by providing its juices to participants.

The Mamma Jamma Ride isn’t the only organization Martin has helped create, though. Pink Ribbon Cowgirls provides a social network and support services to young women battling cancer. While this month the company is increasing efforts to support breast cancer organizations nationwide, Daily Greens™ has been donating $5,000 each year to an emergency fund for Pink Ribbon Cowgirls, which is part of the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas.

To continue its support in the community, Daily Greens™ will also be a sponsor at the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure (http://www.komenaustin.org/) in Austin on Nov. 15.
