ScatterRadio Launches Fall Giveaway for Apple and Samsung Tablets

For four consecutive weeks, anyone entering the giveaway will have the chance to win a new tablet computer. Winners can choose their prize: an iPad mini™ 3 or a Samsung Galaxy Tab® S.
