To start the program college has to identify any nearby village and adopt it for students to create awareness about community services and perform activities that are given in diaries to be provided to them. A 7 day camp has to be organized at that village for this purpose. This will make the volunteers to become eligible for first university level camp and thereafter move on to state and national levels.
