5 STiLLE Moments is a 5 song meditation soundtrack which is unlike any other in its ability to transform your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being in under 7 minutes a day.

As a musicologist and sound artist, I have always thought of music as something more than just sound. I am driven by the idea that sound waves are pure energy with unknown potential. In my quest for the meaning of sound, I discovered elements that I have implemented in 5 STiLLE Moments.

As a sound artist, I have worked with Bryan Ferry and McDonalds and released albums under the moniker of Metamorfózy. Through my musical craftsmanship I am constantly seeking a more existential meaning of the usage of sound.

We all have challenges and situations we wish we could improve at. We always seek something better. We want to be more, achieve more, enjoy more, live more – always, more. In my experience, this creates a lack of presence, and is the main reason that I often fail to be the person I want to be.

I have no revolutionary solution, but I have a method that works for me when I am out of balance. It is based on three simple principles: abdominal breathing, music, and effort. I have called it STiLLE. I need a still moment, a  still reflection, and I need to still be me; sometimes several times a day, sometimes once a month; depending on who I currently am.

STiLLE is a tool to implement in your daily routine. Whether you are a professional athlete or president, studying for your exams or struggling with anxiety, if you need a break at work or have problems falling asleep, a STiLLE Moment will support and direct you.

These 5 STiLLE Moments are achieved with headphones and your effort. Find a quiet place where you will not  be disturbed.

In the first four Moments the music is your lungs being filled with air and emptied again. Practice abdominal

breathing to the rhythm of the music.

In the 1st Moment - inhale from left and exhale to the right. The music tells you the principle.

In the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Moments, the exhalation time is twice the inhalation time.

In the 4th Moment - practice increasing your lung capacity and empty all the air as you exhale.

The 5th Moment - enter bright Light, which is for your imagination.

The STiLLE Moments are personal. Keep the ones that resonate with you and implement them in your daily  routine as a tool when you need it.
