20/20 Insights and Guided Meditation with “White Raven”

NEWTON, N.J. - Oct. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Science has proven that the benefits of meditation as part of our well-being protocol are positive and life-changing.  The more we discover, the more we realize how much more we can enjoy life and excel, just by using some simple meditation techniques.  Nonetheless, many people find it difficult to begin the journey because of what some refer to as “monkey brain.”  They think they cannot slow their mind down enough to just relax and breathe.  Debra and Linda at The Tree of Health Center (TTOHC) have found the perfect remedy with Michka “White Raven” Grant, who leads guided meditations to gently bring your body to peace in a safe space with a crystal grid.

Michka Grant is a Tarot/Intuitive/Chakra Reader, Shaman and Meditation Instructor. A channeler for over 20 years, he is a nationally sought after intuitive reader and guide assisting paranormal teams across the country. He formerly co-founded paranormal group GAIA (Guardian Angel Intervention Associates) and has been a co-host on blogtalkradio show “Spiritual Spectrum.”

“I found my inner awareness heightened and my power of love moving into the universe,” says one of Michka’s students.  As a guide and instructor, Michka leads you through breathing techniques, imagery, aligning chakras, receiving insight, and a heart ring for sharing prayers, intention and gratitude.
