Dallas Entrepreneur, Ronald Redmer, Joins RMANNCO's Board of Directors

BANNER ELK, N.C. - Oct. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Ms Joy Mann, CEO of RMANNCO, Inc., Lenoir, NC has announced the appointment of Mr. Ronald Redmer of McKinney, TX to the company’s Board of Directors and to the position of Senior Executive Vice President for Engineering and Technology.  Mr. Redmer was seated at a Special Meeting of RMANNCO's Board of Directors on October 3, 2015.  In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Mr. Redmer is tasked with oversight of the company's physical plant expansion and transitioning of the microencapsulation pilot plant to a fully-operational GMP production facility.

He served as software development manager at Hicks Equipment, AFFINA, and American Processing Company.  He served as CIO at National Default Exchange (NDEx), and COO & CTO at Assure360.  In addition to his positions with RMANNCO, Mr. Redmer currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Dallas-based Cyber Group Inc. where he is responsible for the technology vision and overall leadership of the company’s Financial Services and Embedded Systems Engineering Divisions. He serves on the Advisory Board of MediumONE, a real-time big-data analytics service provider and also serves as managing partner of R-Squared Holdings, a private equity firm focused on technology startups.
