Art in Motion, moving to a cure will be November 14, 2015 at the Noah Event Center in Plano, TX, benefiting the American Cancer Society and the Committee invite you to share the evening with them.

DALLAS - Oct. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Art in Motion, Moving to a Cure will be held Saturday, November 14, 2015, 7:00pm at the Noah Event Center in Plano, TX and will benefit The American Cancer Society.  This year’s event will be one to remember with a different format where you will stroll from vignette to vignette enjoying various arts groups and stories from survivors and care takers.

“I am delighted to know each of these ladies and work with this AMAZING team of ladies who give so much and care about those afflicted by this horrible disease.  Our team is excited about the evening, the artist who will perform and the audience who will experience this event.” says Allison Woodford, Chair for the event.

Each and every one of these ladies will be honored to share information about the event and how you can become involved.  Please reach out to them so you can get involved.

The Committee is composed of professional women who are concerned with cancer and effects it has on the patient, their families, their personal and professional lives.  Below are the committee members:

Journey into an interactive night filled with lights, sound, movement, artistry and glitz as you enjoy a variety of food and beverages in a cocktail party-like setting. Prepare to be mesmerized by the creativity of musicians, movement performers and visual artists chosen to intrigue and inspire your senses.  Numerous local art groups will perform through out the evening showcasing each individual expression of artistic ability.  Survivors and caretakers of various types of cancer will present throughout the evening their experiences and share highlights of their journey.

Join Art In Motion – Moving to a Cure, an evening benefiting the American Cancer Society in Plano on Saturday, November 14th.  Tickets may be purchased at Art In Motion (http://gala.acsevents.org/site/TR?fr_id=69561&pg=entry).  Individual tickets start at $75 and direct donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Sponsorships may be purchased at various levels.  Packages range from $10,000 to $500, and more information is available at Art In Motion (http://gala.acsevents.org/site/TR?fr_id=69561&pg=entry).  All sponsorship commitments must be in American Cancer Society offices by October 14,2015 to ensure recognition in printed program.
