Community engagement campaigns that stick: how to effectively promote audience engagement in community campaigns
 
ALBANY, N.Y. - Oct. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- The New York Capital Region chapter of the American Marketing Association (NYCRAMA) announces its October Luncheon, "Community Engagement Campaigns That Stick”,Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at The Century House (http://www.thecenturyhouse.com/), 997 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY 12110, from 11:30am – 1:15pm. Join NYCRAMA for a luncheon that will delve into how to organize memorable and engaging community campaigns that meet organizational goals. This luncheon will be led by Marguerite Pearson, Director of Client Relations, Buzz Media Solutions and Jeff Goronkin, Chief Strategy Officer, Buzz Media Solutions.

Pearson and Goronkin will lead attendees through how to effectively promote audience engagement in community campaigns. They will offer a compelling case-study, as well as tips on how to apply what they learned.  Attendees will learn how to identify the goals of a community engagement campaign, utilize important network contacts, find out what it takes to motivate and inspire an audience, and leverage creative ideas that will allow them to think big about community engagement.

Jeffrey Goronkin is co-founder and chief strategy officer for Buzz Media Solutions. Goronkin has over 20 years of experience in areas of business including sales, marketing, research and development and commercialization of technical and non-technical products in a variety of industries.

Marguerite Pearson brings 15 years of experience as director of communications for the Animal Protective Foundation of Schenectady, responsible for communications, fundraising and outreach functions, including media relations, website and social media management, fundraising appeals and special events.

“When executed well, community campaigns can be transformational.  Our goal is to show members of our community how to find that success.” said Ann Marie Lizzi, president of NYCRAMA.
