The eleven different commercial properties leased, ranged in size  from 1,013 square feet at 790 Harbour Drive to Flash Forward Solutions to 15,650 square feet at The Crossings at Bonita Springs, leased to Hope Healthcare Services. AJS, one of the longest continually operating commercial real estate brokerage firms in the area, sees the firm’s current bounty of signed Leases and closed sales as part of a larger picture of the continuing post-recession commercial real estate resurgence.  The firm also transacted the sale of several buildings and pieces of land, including representing Pulte Group, Inc. in the purchase of the Golf Club of the Everglades (including excess land at the Olde Florida Golf Club) and the sale of 15 acres of excess commercial land to the Riverwood Community Development District in Charlotte County, , as well as representing Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc.  in the purchase  of both 2206 and 2213 Heitman Street in Fort Myers.
