Local Travel Agency Unveils Travel Club with Launch Party

PALM COAST, Fla. - Oct. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Mark and Shayla Gerling, owners of Gerling Travel, are pleased to announce that they have launched The Travel Club by Gerling Travel for local residents and will host a launch party on October 26^th at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center.

“We have had a tremendous amount of clients that have expressed an interest in traveling together with other local residents and friends in the Palm Coast area,” said Mark Gerling. “They have also told us their difficulties selecting trustworthy sources online to book travel with, and appreciate a local, trustworthy source to go to,” he added. They will be taking ‘travel personality’ tests to help match like-minded travelers together at the October 26^th event. Some of the travel personality questions include the types of destinations someone is interested in traveling to, if they like things like history or wineries, and what sort of sightseeing activities they may prefer.

The launch party will be held on October 26^th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center located at 55 Town Center Blvd. Activities include travel destination education, travel personality tests, door prize drawings and more. The Travel Club by Gerling Travel will focus on travel outside of the United States and goals include matching like-minded travelers together, providing travel incentives and savings, education about travel destinations, helping members build their ‘bucket list’ and more. Members will have the option to meet monthly and membership also includes educational seminars such as how to use your smart phone, iPad, and social media to enhance your travel experience. The club is designed for retirees that may have lots of time to travel, busy working professionals that appreciate the ease of someone taking care of all the details when it comes to booking an overseas travel experience, and young professionals that are interested in all-inclusive destinations that cater to travelers under 40 years old. The Travel Club has an upcoming group trip to Italy and Cuba in the works as well as ongoing African Safaris and more.
