LifeWalk Mission Intl. to celebrate its 2nd Annual Mission Dinner!

ATLANTA - Oct. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- On Friday, November 6, 2015, LifeWalk Mission International will celebrate its 2nd Annual Mission Dinner in metro Atlanta.  The organization’s mission is to mobilize trained missioners to several destinations throughout the world.  These missionaries will be equipped to nurture, help and aid those who have been deprived of a decent life on Earth.

This is the ministry’s first year to mobilize three groups to Kenya, Jamaica and Haiti.  A total of 21 missionaries were trained in 2015.  Each candidate endured a rigid six-week group study that included weekly homework and in-depth research.  The six-week training encompasses spiritual topics geared to prepare each missionary candidate.  The topics includes:

* Cultural Intelligence
* Servant Leadership
* History/Background of Country
* Team Building
* Deployment Readiness

All three mission trips this year were considered short-term travels – no more than nine days of extensive on-the-ground field work.  Each mission candidate was responsible to fully fund his/her own travel expenses.

After the conclusion of each excursion, each mission team planned an exclusive dinner presentation where family members and friends would see and learn of their mission experience.  Invited guests would experience an ethnic dinner related to the country where missionaries traveled.  The encouragement behind this experience may motivate others to join future mission travels.

Next month’s signature event is a celebration of all mission travels conducted this year.  The ministry’s annual supporters, local-based international business leaders and stakeholders are invited.  Tickets are still available and can be purchased through the organization’s website:

The venue and location of the event is at:

Austell Community Center
2625 Joe Jerkins Boulevard
Austell, Georgia 30168
