When in Need Foundation Serves the Needy Globally

Oct. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- The When In Need Foundation continues to expand its compassion around the globe through the Mission of Mercy outreach programs.  Their goal is to assist those in need with basic necessities needed to face today's challenges. This mission is a global one.  The Foundation has plans for Missions of Mercy in many countries across the world.

When in Need Foundation (WIN) is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides grants for students and young professionals to continue their education and career in addition to supporting schools, orphanages and various hostels assisting less fortunate globally.

WIN is a unique non-profit because it was founded by the passions of one very determined and giving woman, Chetachi Ecton.

Chetachi Ecton is the founder of WIN.  Ms. Ecton is deeply inspired by the work of Mother Theresa who once said “Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier”.   The Mission of Mercy initiative is the born out of its Founder and CEO, Ms. Ecton’s lifelong virtues of selflessness and compassion for the powerless, needy, defenseless, downtrodden and people with limited opportunities. W.I.N with M.O.M as it is popularly called, seeks to transform the way by which people travel and vacation. If people spent one day or even a few hours doing service work for the needy while they vacation it not only make the people in need feel uplifted but also the person doing the service work and make vacation even more of a memorable experience.

Ms. Ecton has done Missions of Mercy for over 20 years even before there was a WIN Foundation.  The WIN Foundation has been funded entirely by her generosity until now.  We want to expand the places we go and the people we reach and can not do it without help of generous benefactors and volunteers.  The Mission of Mercy encourages individuals to visit and support schools, orphanages, and hostels when they travel to other countries rather than just vacation alone.

The Mission of Mercy (M.O.M) is a global outreach program of When In Need Foundation, a non- profit 501©3 organization with the purpose and mission of assisting individuals in need with basic amenities, food, supplies, medical, healthcare, and educational resources globally. When In Need Foundation supports schools, orphanages, and hostels that assist those less fortunate around the world with necessary resources by being a blessing.

When In Need Foundation’s Mission of Mercy has visited schools, orphanages, and hostels in the Caribbean, Africa,

South America , North America, and Europe.  The goal is to transform lives and create impact on all 6 continents globally, one country at a time.
