After 25 years Hardenbergh Insurance Group has named a new CEO

MARLTON, N.J. - Oct. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Hardenbergh Insurance Group has announced that effective January 1^st 2016 President Richard (Rick) Hardenbergh will be transitioning to the role of Chairman of the Board.  Rick has been the President of the Hardenbergh Insurance Group since 1990.  During his tenure as President, Hardenbergh has grown the firm from a three person operation to one boasting more than sixty employees.  Jon Sharp will assume the role of President of Hardenbergh Insurance Group.  Sharp is the grandson of former President Richard C. Hardenbergh, and has been connected to the Agency since his childhood.

Sharp has over ten years with the Agency and currently manages the Group Benefits Division and the Sales Division of the company.  Sharp has been in many different leadership roles in his past; he was the president of the Student Body at Towson University, the president of the Medford Business Association, the president of the South Jersey Underwriters Association and is a current board member with Urban Promises Corporate committee.  Jon plans to gather from his many experiences as he continues to progress the company forward.
