TrueWealth Ranked #1 Best Workplace for Women By Fortune Magazine and Great Place to Work®

Based on the surveys of more than 130,000 women working in more than 600 companies around the country, Great Place to Work® and Fortune have recognized TrueWealth as the best of the best in their inaugural list of the 100 Best Workplaces for Women.

The list is one of a series of rankings based upon employee feedback from Great Place to Work® reviews. Women considered everything from the fairness of promotions to access to leadership to the level of support for employees’ personal lives. Scores also take into account how well-represented women are within the workforce, management, and executive positions, and how favorable women’s experiences are compared to the men also surveyed.

In their analysis of the survey data, Fortune and the Great Place to Work® culture experts found “the biggest strengths shared by these leading companies are also some of the most basic: rewarding work, a level playing field, and inclusive decision-making.”

Fortune highlighted the accomplishments of Principal, Amy Merrill proclaiming that “at TrueWealth women truly can have it all.” However, Ms. Merrill found the gender-specificity of the designation surprising: “We are so proud of this honor, but honestly it seems unusual to be reviewed as a best place specifically for women to work.
