MDsuite Steps Up To Ease Physician EHR Frustrations; Revamps Sales Team To Meet Growing Needs

MDsuite recently announced a revamp to their Business Development strategy and Sales Team. In keeping with our client focused approach, we knew that we had to strike a balance with experienced, knowledgable Sales Associates serving both existing clients and new prospects.” To that end, Snare has moved Veteran Sales Executive Russ Wedel to a newly established role as Outside Account Executive focusing attention on current clients to help them with upgrades, new functionality and options for Revenue Cycle Management services. Together with Inside Account Executive, Chris Paclibar, Wedel expects the client sales team to nurture and build existing partnership with MDsuite customers. Paclibar said, “I am excited to work with our existing clients and help them reach their goals with our solution.” In addition to the new client focused team, Snare added that MDsuite would be adding new territory Account Executives so that MDsuite can better answer the inquiries that are increasing as MDsuite product news becomes more widespread. Snare reported, “In a recent survey of our clients, the top two responses for what MDsuite customers like best about us were our “Ease of Use” and “Support”. That is pretty rare in the EHR world.”
