Cresa NJ – North/Central Assists AJM Contractors Purchase Fully-Leased Clifton Office Property

RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Oct. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- RUTHERFORD, N.J., October 6, 2015 – Cresa NJ – North/Central, part of Cresa LLC, the largest firm to exclusively provide service to occupiers of office and industrial real estate in the world, announced today that they have represented AJM Contractors in the purchase of 1010 Clifton Avenue in Clifton, an 8,100-square-foot, fully-leased office building.

Principal James J. Scancarella of Cresa NJ – North/Central represented the buyer, AJM Contractors and President Anthony J. Marinaro, in the transaction. The seller, 1010 Clifton Avenue Associates, was represented by Robert DeVita of DeVita Friedman Associates. AJM Contractors, with offices in Clifton, has purchased the property as an investment to add to their real estate holdings which include apartments, industrial and office properties throughout New Jersey. This is the third property purchase transaction that Mr. Scancarella has facilitated with AJM Contractors.
