Regent Revenue Cycle Management Expands Service Infrastructure

Leading ASC RCM Provider Promotes Three Experienced Staff to Leadership Positions
 
CHICAGO - Oct. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Regent Revenue Cycle Management (Regent RCM), an independent division of Regent Surgical Health and a leading provider of innovative, cost-effective revenue cycle management services exclusively for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) in the U.S., announced today that the company is investing in talent to provide seamless service delivery to a growing customer base.

Three experienced team members have been promoted to serve as Revenue Cycle Supervisors.  In this role, they will have responsibility for sharing a vigilant focus on assigned ASCs while developing and cross training a team of Revenue Cycle Specialists, the majority of whom are bilingual in English and Spanish and dedicated to delivering high-value and high-touch customer service to ASCs.

Newly appointed Revenue Cycle Supervisors include:

Vianca Bautista – Ms. Bautista has more than 13 years of health care billing experience and joined Regent RCM in August 2015 as a Revenue Cycle Specialist before being promoted to Revenue Cycle Supervisor.
Leslie Favela – Ms. Favela joined Regent RCM as a Front Office Coordinator and has since been promoted twice, first to Revenue Cycle Coordinator, and now to Revenue Cycle Supervisor after her experience as an Office Manager and Marketing Director for a pain management practice.
Sandra Lagunas – Ms. Lagunas joined Regent RCM as a Revenue Cycle Specialist before being promoted to Revenue Cycle Supervisor. Prior to joining Regent RCM, she worked as the AP/AR Specialist and Credentialing Coordinator at Regent’s partner facility.
