International Photography Awards Announces Category Winners of the 2015 Competition!
This year, The International Photography Awards received 17841 of submissions from over 230 countries, and is pleased to declare that Katherine Peeke was awarded Honorable Mention in Fine Art - Still Life for the winning entry Pink Lady.
ABOUT Katherine Peeke
My experience of art and design has been a varied juxtaposing of many disciplines, with positions held in photography/ photomicrography, draughtsmanship, graphic- design and illustration. Studying Graphic Design in England, I later graduated with honours from Parsons School of Design in New York, with a postgraduate course in Airbrushing. Besides the U.S.A , I have resided in France, Germany and Singapore, all which have had an influence on my work. Currently involved in fine-art airbrush painting, I exhibit within solo and mixed medium exhibitions, while continuing to refine and pursue my love of photography
