Creativedge Training finalist for L&D Supplier of the Year award at the 2015 TJ Awards

MILTON KEYNES, U.K. - Oct. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Creativedge Training & Development today proudly announces that it has been shortlisted as a finalist for the L&D Supplier of the Year award at the prestigious TJ Awards 2015. The Milton-Keynes based company, best known for its 90-minute, bite-size training solutions, was nominated for the award by fashion retailer, New Look.

Celebrating its 50th year of publication, Training Journal will announce the winners of all 16 different categories that comprise the TJ Awards at its Gala Dinner on 25th November at the Brewery in London. More than 100 companies have entered this year’s TJ Awards.

Award Finalist

As Mark Rose, Managing Director, Creativedge Training explains, “We are delighted to be a finalist in this category as the quality of submissions by other entrants is extremely high. We were nominated by one of our clients – New Look – with whom we have worked over a number of years. As part of the nomination process, Creativedge had to demonstrate the following qualities in both the initial award submission made on its behalf by New Look, and then during the final stage of assessment in the company’s interview with the Award judges: -

•A broad understanding of best practice excellence in the field of L&D

•An exceptional knowledge of their subject matter or product field

•An ability to build relationships with customers that go beyond the usual customer/supplier relationship

•Strong codes of practice and ethics in their operations and

•An ability to adapt and change in today’s high-paced L&D environment
