Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic Invests $500K in First Close of Advanced Absorbent Technologies

PHILADELPHIA - Oct. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Kieretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic (http://www.keiretsuforum-midatlantic.com/) (K4-MA) is pleased to announce the first close of Advanced Absorbent Technologies.  K4-MA members have invested $500,000 out of the total $1.5 Million dollar Series A Preferred Stock raise in the local Pennsylvania company.

Howard plans to use the first close funds to optimize the absorbent core recipe and outer garment design, purchase modest capital to assist with the unique absorbent core production process, sample product to be used in home use testing, branding research to determine the brand name and best communication points. retailer on boarding and to build inventory.

The balance of sale of Series A Preferred Stock will primarily be for working capital and up front retailer fees. “AAT is creating the next generation of disposable absorbent care products that will provide greater user comfort and discretion while delivering world class performance”, Howard says.
