Atlanta's Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods to Host Grand Opening of Enclave at Wills Park October 10

ATLANTA - Oct. 1, 2015 - PRLog -- On Saturday, October 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Enclave at Wills Park by Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods will play host to a Grand Opening event, showcasing the debut of its professionally decorated model home. Whole Foods Avalon will cater the event, which is being promoted by Jessica Dauler of JessicaShops.com. In addition to tours of the new model home, there will be fabulous giveaways throughout the day including special gift bags for the first 50 guests. Acadia Homes’ preferred lender – Angel Oak Funding – will give away a yeti cooler and Room & Board – which decorated the model home’s screened patio – will give away a $500 gift card to its furniture store. Enclave at Wills Park will also present one lucky winner with four tickets to the Kicks 101.5 Country Fair starring Tim McGraw, Rascall Flatts, Chase Bryant and Chris Janson presented by Carl Black Automotive at Verizon Amphitheater November 7. Tanaya Williams – Owner of Parlay Interiors – headed up the design team for the model home at Enclave at Wills Park. Williams’ designs have garnered Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods awards in the past, including a Gold OBIE Award for Best Interior Merchandising in 2014 from the Sales & Marketing Council for the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. For this project, Tanaya gained inspiration from some exciting new developments in the Alpharetta area – chief among them, Avalon – a sustainably designed, 86-acre development with more than 500,000 square feet of retail, world-class dining establishments, a 12-screen all premium theater, a full-service hotel (coming in Phase II), office park and more. She is particularly enamored with  the dining room for its shiplap paneling, fireplace flanked by built-in bookcases and modern/rustic blend of furnishings; the family room with its play on patterns and upscale gallery art; and master bedroom – which reads ‘city retreat’ with transitional case goods, use of wood and chrome, luxury paneling and sconces at the bedside. Williams welcomed the opportunity to have a little more fun with color in the children’s rooms, which included blues and greens for the boy’s room and pinks and creams for the girl’s room.
