About Mr. Koeneman

Mr. Koeneman’s professional experience includes positions as Vice President Human Resources/Organizational Development for Benefits Options Agency, Human Resources Manager for Columbus Neighborhood Health Center, Inc., Executive Director of The Silver Lining Group/Behavioral Intervention Institute of Ohio and District Human Resources Director for Sports and Recreation Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus in Operations Management from The Ohio State University and is currently studying to complete a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Koeneman is a certified Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (http://www.hrci.org/), Member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Vice-President of PLEAS: Parents League for Effective Autism Treatment, and a volunteer Special Needs Advocate.
