Local Partnership Buys Property, Plans To Turn Into Storage Facility

ST. LOUIS - Sept. 30, 2015 - PRLog -- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently sold a property to a partnership which wants to expand its tenant’s equipment storage area.

Hall Street Properties I, which currently leases property to River-Roads Sales and Leasing, recently purchased the 45-year-old property at 8888 Hall St. for $1.1 million.  A 36,000-square-foot building, which sits on 11.5 acres, will be demolished in order to accommodate the company’s growing need for a transportation equipment storage space.  River-Roads Sales and Leasing is headquartered at 9010 Hall St., and the 8888 Hall St. building located next door will be turned into an equipment storage facility by the end of the year.

Founded in 1959, River-Roads Sales and Leasing carries a large selection of new and used semi trailers.   The company also offers customized ground level on-site storage and office containers, as well as features a trailer repair shop.
