Cheshire Christmas Spectacular Looks Set To Attract The Crowds

NORTHWICH, U.K. - Sept. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Cheshire’s most imaginative Christmas spectacular featuring theatre in the woods, a hunt for Santa’s secret hideaway, outdoor performances, a ride on Santa’s Express and introductions to a variety of Yuletide characters looks set to break all records.

Ticket sales for Blakemere Village’s Christmas Woodland adventure, which will run from November 21 through to 20th December, are expected to significantly out-perform last year’s hugely successful woodland staging of Frozen, based on the Disney blockbuster.

“This is going to be the Christmas event that everybody will talking about for weeks, if not months,” said Steve Birchall, MD of Cheshire Outdoors who are providing the picturesque location for the unique event. “The theatre in the woods section will take one and a quarter hours alone and we estimate families who book will enjoy a two and a half hour long adventure overall.”

The theatre in the woods production is being provided by Liverpool-based theatrical experts Hope Street. Families will be led through the woods by a variety of Christmas characters on a mission to ‘Find Santa.’ During their visit, children will be invited to create a ‘craft item’ as a memento of their Christmas woodland journey.

“Santa will sprinkle the woodland scene with ‘magic’ just to make the journey even more special for the young participants,” explained Steve. “And, as if that wasn’t enough of an adventure for them, their tickets will also cover a ride on our Santa Express land train and a traditional carousel ride.

“Our team of writers are still finalising the details of this fabulous Christmas event,” added Steve. “So our visitors may well find themselves enjoying some additional fun events. So watch this space!”
