National Speaker Presents at Women’s Conference

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Sept. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Midwest Business Institute, Inc. founder/CEO Richard Avdoian spoke at the Riverbend Women’s Seminar, “Bet on Yourself…Bet on a Winner,” held on September 16 at the Argosy Casino in Alton, IL.

Avdoian, a long-time member of the National Speakers Association, gave the presentation entitled “I Won’t Dance; Don’t Ask Me-Tapping Your Authenticity,” to over 200 business professionals. The program is just one component of MBI’s personal development module designed to improve employee self-image, thereby improving employee productivity and morale.

According to Avdoian, continued investment in employee training—even health and wellness programs—pay off for employers in the long run.  He believes employees receiving annual training in both personal and professional topics not only feel appreciated, but also are better equipped to handle the work/family balance.
