David Anna Named One of Greenville's “Best and Brightest 35 and Under”

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Sept. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Wyche attorney David Anna (https://www.wyche.com/what/attorneys/lawyer/david-k-anna/) has been recognized as one of Greenville’s “Best and Brightest 35 and Under” by Furman University and Greenville Business Magazine.  The list highlights young Greenville leaders for accomplishments in their careers and their commitment to making a difference in the community.  Candidates are nominated for the honor, and are chosen through a rigorous selection process.

Anna focuses his practice on corporate, transactional, and securities law matters.  He has substantial experience advising buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting  acquisition and sale transactions.  He regularly represents public company clients concerning reporting and other securities law matters.  Anna is also Wyche's health care practice group leader, advising on health care transactions and Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA compliance.  He serves on the Fall for Greenville Board of Trustees, is a graduate of Leadership Greenville, and is a member of the South Carolina Medical Group Management Association.

Prior to joining Wyche, Anna was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP and Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago.  He is a summa cum laude graduate of Bradley University. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University where he served as an Editorial Staff Member of the Wake Forest Law Review and received the CALI Award in Securities Regulation.
