“The people were so friendly and helpful,” Brent says. “The teams at FrontDoor were warm and easy to work with, and we really loved that the standard features were features we would have paid for as ‘extra’ in any other home.”

Among the couple’s favorite appointments are the lanai on the rear of the home, where Brent and Connie regularly enjoy spending time, the home’s entryway and the owner’s retreat.

“The entryway is impressive, and there is this long hallway and trey ceilings,” Brent explained. “The owner’s master bathroom is really nice, too—the shower is especially great.”

However, the Belknaps aren’t the only ones falling in love with their new home at Andalucia. Norm Dreisch and his wife Joanie are two of the community’s most recent residents. The couple moved to Andalucia from just a few miles away. The price point of the home they purchased and the ability to stay in a familiar neighborhood were benefits that drew them to the community.

The couple purchased a two-story Alora II floor plan and look forward to being able to move in once the home is completed in the coming weeks. The four bedroom and three-and-a-half bathroom home features more than 3,000 square feet of living space, 9-foot ceilings, an enhanced loft area and impressive storage space and flexibility.

“The cost, the location and, most importantly, the size of the secondary bedrooms were impressive,” Norm says. “In most houses, you can’t turn around in the secondary bedrooms, and these were quite sizable.”

Not only were all of the Andalucia residents highly pleased with the construction of their new homes, but most were even more impressed by the sales team. Sales agent Alysia Testa with John R. Wood Realtors definitely had a positive impact on both the Belknaps’ and the Dreischs’ home buying decision.

“She was on duty every day,” Norm noted. “She was fabulous and worked with us on everything—the building team was very good.”

Likewise, Brent was also impressed with the timeframe with which the home buying process took place.

“There were no delays,” Brent says. “We were kept in the loop with everything even though we were in a different state. The project manager was on top of it.”
