EDRM Leaders to Discuss E-Discovery Maturity Self-Assessment Test at ACEDS Annual Conference

Sept. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- St. Paul, Minnesota  – EDRM (http://www.edrm.net/), the leading standards organization for the e-discovery market, announced today  that Tiana Van Dyk, Litigation Support Manager at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, and Evan Benjamin, Litigation Support Consultant & Relativity Trainer at Pepper Hamilton LLP, will speak at an EDRM panel discussion led by George Socha, EDRM co-founder and president of Socha Consulting, at the ACEDS 6^th Annual E-Discovery Conference & Exhibition, September 28-30 at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor/Washington DC.

The EDRM session will focus on "The EDRM eMSAT - eDiscovery Maturity Self-Assessment Test".

The eMSAT-1 is an Excel spreadsheet model designed to help assess the level of eDiscovery maturity for an organization. The assessment test uses five levels to help assess eDiscovery maturity: No Process, Reactive; Fragmented Process; Standardized Process, Not Enforced; Standardized Process, Enforced; and Actively Managed Process, Proactive.  The panel includes creators of the EDRM eDiscovery Maturity Self-Assessment Test (eMSAT-1), who will discuss the eMSAT-1 and answer questions.

In addition to the EDRM session, George Socha will participate in several other panel sessions during the 3-day conference:
