Exhibit is from October 19 to November 19, with the formal opening happening on October 27, 2015 at 7PM.
ABOUT THE ARTIST Mireille Boustany is a Lebanese artist born in Beirut. She lived in Lebanon up until her marriage in 1995 where she had to move to Paris and start a family. Ever since a young age, she always had a passion for the arts. Mireille loves fashion, architecture, decoration, sculptures and the likes. Painting on porcelain is also one of her many artistic talents. Mireille graduated Visual Arts from the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts. She also took a course at the National School of Cergy-Pontoise of Art: Screen printing, Sculpture & Engraving. In 1993, she became a member of the Association of Lebanese Painters and Sculptors. She is also an associate member of the Salon d'Automne in Paris. Adding up to her impressive credentials, she was also once a professor of Visual Arts at the Franco-Lebanese High School in Beirut. Since 2000, she is the coordinator of Visual Arts at the Franco-Lebanese High School Nahr Ibrahim. To top it off, she is a jury member of French Bac. End
