Michelle J. Gomez Joins Kelley Kronenberg’s Fort Lauderdale Office as a Partner

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Sept. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Kelley Kronenberg, a national full-service law firm, announced that Michelle J. Gomez has joined the firm as a partner. Ms. Gomez focuses her practice on Real Estate Transactions, Real Property Litigation, Estate Planning, Probate and Mediation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gomez was president of a law firm in Fort Lauderdale, where she gained valuable experience in foreclosure litigation, shortsale negotiations, loan modifications, mediations, claims of lien, residential and timeshare closings, writing and reviewing title policies, quiet title litigation, tax deed sales, probate, and estate planning. Her clients have included major financial institutions, nonprofit organizations and condominium associations.

Ms. Gomez is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and County Court Mediator. She is a certified Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediator and trained as an Elder Mediator and Bankruptcy Mortgage Modification Mediator.  Additionally, she is trained as a Florida Court-Appointed Arbitrator.

Outside the office, Ms. Gomez is a Commissioner in the City of Tamarac and has served as Vice Mayor.

Ms. Gomez earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from The American University in Washington D.C. She went on to earn her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, the District of Colombia, New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
