"Chase" book 3 in the Five Oaks Ranch Series officially releases September 26th!

SMYRNA, Ga. - Sept. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- It's official, Chase is coming September 26th! If you haven't been introduced to the Five Oaks Ranch romance series, then you need to catch up. Excerpt from Chase:

Chase packed his bag quickly and made his way to the front entry. Most of the crowd was gone, but he had a feeling she’d be there waiting. His hunch paid off. She was propped in the main entry with a grin.

“Nice ride cowboy. I’d say it was almost perfect.”

He grinned and propped in the opposite side of the door. “Almost perfect? Any advice?” Tilting his head to the side in question.

She put a finger to her chin, pretending to think hard. “I’d say maybe you need to lean a little further into the twists.”

“Point well taken.” Then he crossed his arms across his chest. “Did you enjoy the show?”

“Yes, I always enjoy the show when the cowboys are worth watching.” She placed her hands behind her back and looked down at her feet. “I saw the smile on your face as the first bull gave you a run for your money. How did it feel knowing at any minute the bull could win?”

“It’s a rush. That bull was young and strong. He had a hard left twist, but I could feel his muscle bunch as he started to thrash. I love that feeling of excitement.”

“So you like the danger?” She cocked her head to the side as if she were trying to figure him out.

“Now you’re psycho analyzing me doc. Would you like to get a cup of coffee and try to figure out what makes me tic?” He winked at her and most women would wither with delight.

She straightened from the doorway and reached up to push his hat back. “Not tonight cowboy. I have an early appointment.”

He was stunned for a moment. This was a first. He’d been so sure she was interested. “Well that’s up to you.”

“Yes it is. Are you riding the rest of the week?”

“Yep, then we head to North Carolina.” Chase pulled his hat off and wiped his brow. Suddenly he was feeling the heat of the night. “Are you coming to see me ride?”

“I might just do that.” She gave him a smile and turned to leave. Then with an afterthought she turned back to look over her shoulder. “You might ask about the coffee tomorrow night. Never know, I might give in then.”

“Lady, you’re a tease.” His voice held humor as he watched her walk out the main entrance toward her truck. That surprised him. She looked like a little sport car type.
